Lutheran Senior Services, Inc is a 501c(3) non-profit corporation founded in 1967 by Lutheran Churches in New Castle County Delaware. Our mission remains:

"The policy of Lutheran Senior Services, Inc. shall be to provide in Luther Towers I and II adequate, secure, safe housing for eligible persons of limited income in atmosphere of peace and dignity, with a sense of responsible community, and to provide such support services from management staff and volunteers as shall be needed to accomplish this goal."  Adopted January 1, 1972
